- Lead time: each piece is made within 1–5 working days of your confirmation and arrives 1–3 working days after dispatch, anywhere in Türkiye.
- Shipping: ₺149.00 flat; free on orders of ₺1,000.00 and over. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) and shown on every product page.
- Returns: a piece that carries a name, a date or a message is made for that buyer and cannot be returned or exchanged once made; the few pieces ordered without a name (e.g. the hair bow with the signature) can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or we misspelt something, tell us within 14 days and we remake it free of charge.

## Common questions

**Will the name be written exactly as I type it?**

Yes — including Turkish letters like ş, ğ, ç and İ. If you're unsure about a spelling, send us a WhatsApp message before you order and we'll look at it together.

**Can I change the name or date after ordering?**

Yes, as long as we haven't started making it — WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us. Once a piece is made it carries that one name, so it can't be changed.

**When will it arrive?**

Each piece is made for you, so allow up to 5 working days before it ships, then up to 3 working days in transit anywhere in Türkiye. If you have a date in mind — a hospital visit, a birthday — tell us and we'll do our best.

**Can you send it straight to someone as a gift?**

Of course. Every piece is wrapped ready to give, with a handwritten card inside. Just send us the short note you'd like on the card; no invoice goes in the box.

**What should I check before using it?**

Each piece is different. We'll confirm its care guidance and any age labelling with you before your order. Follow the supplied label, and keep decorative keepsakes out of a baby's reach.
