Contrast Cards

Black and white for newborn eyes

In the first months babies see sharp black-and-white shapes best. Hold the phone 20–30 cm away, and when the baby looks away tap for the next shape. The real cards live on paper: print the sheet and hang it by the cot.

Together, in your arms, short: a shape or two, a minute or two. The screen stays in your hand, not the baby's — the card takes a break by itself after two minutes.
