Peekaboo

Peekaboo and colours

The oldest baby game there is, in a short phone version: tap, the curtains part, "peekaboo!" with your baby's name — then six colours that say their name when tapped. Sound comes only when you switch it on and only on a tap. Real peekaboo is played with your hands; this one is for your lap, together and short.

Together, in your arms, short: you open the curtain, you say the name, the baby looks at your face. The screen takes a break by itself after two minutes.

Game

Tap: the curtain opens, tap again: it closes.

Colour cards

Six colours, six names, one A4 sheet. Print on thick paper, cut along the dashed lines; on the wall or clipped to the pram. Say the name as you show the colour — no screen needed.
