Meşgalem is a family company making name-personalised keepsakes in its workshop in Sancaktepe, İstanbul. A real person reads every channel below; on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 we usually reply the same day. Ask us anything you are unsure about — sizes, measurements, spelling — before you order.

Who we are

The box at the bottom of this page carries our legal name, address, MERSİS and trade registry numbers, tax details and KEP address. Meşgalem is a trademark registered in our name at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. The site is registered in the Ministry of Trade’s e-commerce registry (ETBİS); the ETBİS mark in the footer links to the public record.

Our chamber

We are members of the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce (membership number in the box). The chamber has no separate code of conduct for our trade; our obligations as members follow Law No. 5174 and the chamber’s rules. More about the chamber at ito.org.tr.

Complaints and requests

If something goes wrong, write to us first; most matters are settled the same day. Your statutory rights remain: under Law No. 6502 you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the consumer courts. The ordering steps and how your contract is kept are explained in the Ordering guide.
