How we publish reviews

Learn who can review a delivered piece, how we read and publish reviews, and when we may need to refuse one.

Who can write a review?

You can review a piece once the order containing it has been delivered to you. You may write one review for each piece in each order. If your order hasn’t arrived yet, the review option won’t be available in your account. We can publish reviews only when we can verify the purchase, so comments sent through channels such as Instagram or WhatsApp aren’t published on the product page. We need to confirm that the order linked to your review was delivered.

What can you share?

Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars. You can add a few words if you’d like: perhaps how the piece arrived, where it has found a place at home, or who it was for. We ask for your own first and last name. On the public review, we show your first name and the initial of your surname, for example, “Ayşe K.” for Ayşe Kaya.

How we read and publish reviews

Our team reads every review before publication. If it follows these rules, we publish it as written, whether it’s positive or negative. We don’t change your words to make a review sound more favourable, and we don’t hide a review simply because it’s critical. Published reviews appear newest first and stay available for at least a year.

We may refuse a review only for one of these four reasons: it makes a health claim; it includes personal details such as a phone number, address, a child’s full name or a photo of someone else; it uses insulting or offensive wording; or it’s about something other than the piece itself, such as a courier. If we don’t publish your review, we’ll tell you why in the reviews section of your account. A star rating, whether high or low, is never by itself a reason to refuse a review.

No payment or rewards

We don’t pay, discount, gift or otherwise reward anyone for writing a review. We also don’t copy reviews from social media or messaging channels to the product page, because we can’t verify the purchase there.

When a problem is resolved

If an issue described in a review is later resolved, we’ll publish a short note beside the review to say so. Your words stay as you wrote them; the note adds the update separately and clearly.
